However, if you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not fulfill the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund. Especially when the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional and you’ve posted a support post but your problem was not resolved.

Themology offer a full or partial refund within 3 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case Themology has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.
